Beautiful and tastefully furnished detached house, part of the "Capo Rama" residence, a few hundred yards from the Mediterranean maquis of the Natural Park of Capo Rama.
Our house with its large and blooming garden, the terrace with mountain and sea view on the horizon, and two cozy and quiet double bedrooms, its the perfect place for guests looking to reconnect with the flourishing sicilian nature surrounding the area. Our guests will have access to the dining room with a modern and fully furnished kitchen, where they may dine, as an alternative to the veranda or even to the terrace on the top. Villa Tulipan is very close to the seaside and very fresh, even on summertime, thanks to the morning breeze typical of the area.The house has a new bathroom with shower, a living room with a L-shaped sofa and tv, as well as two elegant bedrooms. It represents the perfect choice for guests who appreciate relax, with all comforts as free Wi-Fi and, on the top, a plastic swimming pool for refreshing in the garden.

The closest beach is only 5 minutes walking from the house and within half an hour walking it's possible to reach many other spots (with rocks and sands beaches) to swim and enjoying seaside views.

Access to the sea is about a km far from the house, and can be easily reach by walk.
