The holiday house is located away from noise and masses of tourists, in the charming village of Donja Krušica on the island of Šolta on the Adriatic in Dalmatia.

If you are looking for a quiet place to spend your holiday away from the noise and the crowd this is the right place for you. Guests can get a taste of true island living: a simple, healthy and traditional life. Here you find peace, nature, privacy and above all beautiful views of the sea, mountains and towns across the island.

The house was built in 2013/2014 and has two floors. It provides two separate apartments, each with their own separate entrace, and a shared garden and grill area. One apartment is on the ground floor and the second apartment is on the first floor. Booking options are for the separate apartments (Apartment A or Apartment B each for 6 people) or for the house (for 12 people), depending on the time of the year.

The swimming pool is used during the season from 1st of June until 1st of October, dependent on the weather. Parking spaces are provided.

The house is situated around 45 meters above sea level, 200m from the sea, (inclination 20%) and because of that it is not suitable for disabled persons, very old people or people who have problems with walking. Also, each apartment and the garden are full of stairs so please be aware of that. Please also note that the nearest public transport is approximately 2km away from the house (in Donje Selo) and that it would be best if guests arrive with their car. The distance from Donje Selo to Donja Krušica is not far but via a steep road (inclination is around 11%) so it's not easy to walk/carry heavy things.

With public bus you can’t reach the house. The nearest place where a bus stops is Donje Selo which is 2km away from the house. The road that leads from Donje Selo to Donja Krušica is narrow and there are road extensions every 10-20 m so that cars can pass each other. Every normal passenger car is able to pass the above-mentioned road. There could be some problems with very low and very wide cars (eg. van) for unexperienced drivers. In that case if guests want to be safe they can leave their car in the Donja Krušica harbor where there is a public free parking and the host will transfer guests' personal belongings from the port to your accommodation. Distance from the Donja Krušica habor to the apartment is about 500m.

Donja Krušica has several piers located 200m from the house and it is a perfect place for sunbathing. The water is clean and transparent, also there is one natural beach (10 minutes walking from the house) where you can enjoy the peace, magnificent views and beautiful clean sea. Šolta is full of small, public beaches where you can enjoy in nature, crystal sea and intimacy. In Maslinica you have a diving center where you can rent diving equipment or learn how to dive. Donja Krušica does not have any supermarkets, cafe bar, restaurant etc. For supplies we recommend you to go at Grohote, which is 10 minutes by car. There are two big shops, a bakery, fish market, butcher's shop, open market, post office, pharmacy and newspaper shop. There are ATMs in Grohote, Rogač and Stomorska, and exchange office in Grohote, Rogač and Maslinica. In Grohote, there is modern ambulance, in case you need medical help. If you want to have fun, we recommend you to visit Nečujam, where you find a swimming pool, tennis and volleyball playgrounds, a discotheque, pizzeria, cafes and a confectionery shop.

House is situated on the edge of Donja Krušica so you are far away from all the noise but still close enough to the sea and beach. The most important thing that our first neighbours are situated 100m from Vila Vita, so you can in privacy enjoy garden, swimming pool and barbecue. Vila Vita consists of 2 apartments that are situated in the same building and have separate private entrances. One apartment is on the ground floor while another is on the first floor. If you rent Vila Vita you rent booth apartments. Vila Vita consist of: 6 bedrooms, 2 bathroom + extra toilet near swimming pool, 2 kitchen, 2 living room, 2 balcony + garden 2 baby cribs Beautiful garden with swimming pool and barbecue. Maximum capacity of Vila Vita is 10 persons (including kids). Swimming pool is in used only during the season more or less from 1st of June – 1st of October. This also deepens of weather and how apartments are booked. The usage of the swimming pool could be postponed for week or two. In that case you will be informed in advance via email. From Rogač you can drive by car to Grohote, where you turn right to Donje Selo. There is a road from Doje Selo to bay Donja Krušica. Whole way by car, from Rogač to Donja Krušica, last around 15 minutes. Island Šolta has a public bus transport as the taxi service but if you want to rent a car you should do it in Split and transport it by ferry to the island. With public bus you can’t reach the house. Nearest place where bus stops is Donje Selo. House is not so easy to find that is why we will contact you few days before your arrival and pick you up in Donje Selo in front of yellow church. The only, and official road that leads from Donje Selo to Donja Krušica is narrow (inclination is around 11%) and there are road extensions every 10-20 m so that cars can pass each other.
