Lamai Beach is Koh Samui’s second biggest beach after Chaweng and about 10 kilometers further south. The beach stretches out over 5 kilometers of golden sand all along the east coast in breathtaking scenery. The vibe in Lamai is much more laid-back and less upmarket than Chaweng, but still offers lively nightlife and an array of activities such as diving, sailing, tennis, hiking, Thai boxing, and much more.
