This cosy, well-kept bungalow is situated on a shared property. The house has low ceilings in the loft area, which can be reached by a ladder. Wolgast, the northern gateway to the island of Usedom, lures with the Runge-house and a city museum. There is also an animal park situated in the place called Wolgast, and for those who like to view Usedom from top, can climb the tower of the Petri Church. From there the beautiful panorama extends up to the Hansestadt and university town of Greifswald.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist für Naturfreunde bestes geeignet. Das Grundstück macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Das Haus ist bei schönem Wetter gut geeignet. Bei Regen und niedrigen Temperaturen kann es trotz E-Heizung ungemütlich werden. Für Kinder und Haustiere ist es sehr schön. Für gestresste Urlauber ist der schlechte Funkempfang sehr erholsam. Da wir schönes Wetter, bis auf einen Regentagen hatten, war es auszuhalten.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist im Verhältnis zum Preis einfach, aber gut und gepflegt. Wir waren zu dritt, da reicht der Platz. Für 4 wird´s eventuell ein bisschen eng (insb. bei schlechtem Wetter). Die Küche ist klein, aber funktionell (2 Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Besteck, Teller, Mikro, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Bretter, Töpfe, Pfannen sind vorhanden, Spülmaschine und E-Herd - nicht). Abends auf der Terrasse mit Grill ist es herrlich. Kein Lärm. Gepflegter Garten. NUR: Unmittelbar ggü. ist eine Wellensittich-Voliere. Wer Vögel und Gezwitscher nicht mag, könnte sich gestört fühlen. Für uns war es voll ok. Vermieter sind absolut unkompliziert, freundlich und behilflich.”
