    “Die letzte Renovierung der Ferienwohnung ist mit 1970 angegeben (im aktuellen Jahr 2014 also schon 44 Jahre zurück!). Dies ist schon mal eine Warnung. Einige Möbelstück wie Couch und Regal sind durchaus neueren Datums. Dafür sind die Matratzen des Etagenbettes durchgelegen, dass der Anblick alles andere als erfreulich ist. Gleichermaßen unbehaglich wird einem beim Anblick der offensichtlich durch vorangegangenen Nässe, sich wellenden Tapete im Eingangsbereich. Durch die Ritzen des alten Gemäuers haben Ameisen guten Zugang zur Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten vor Einsatz chemischer Mittel, teilweise viele Hundert Ameisen gleichzeitig auf Türrahmen, Wänden und Fenstern. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Ferienwohnung nicht, bzw. nur sehr unzureichend gelüftet. Insbesondere der Einbauschrank im kleineren Schlafzimmer überströmte eine unangenehmen tierisch-organischen Duft. Alles in allem ist das Haus der Ferienwohnung dringend renovierungsbedürftig und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bis dahin unakzeptabel. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf einem freistehenden Hof, welcher einige Kilometer von den nächsten nennenswerten Orten entfernt ist. Ein Fahrzeug ist also ein Muss. Bei der Ferienwohnung gibt es reichlich Platz zum Ballspielen und Drachensteigen für die Kinder.
