square meters surrounded by a 4,000 square meters private terraced Mediterranean grove full of olive, orange, lemon, and cypress trees.Treehouse-style, designer holiday house with a panoramic all-round view over the mountain landscape as far as the sea from the private terrace, and its own garage parking space.
Large glass sliding doors in the living room open onto the extensive, private sunny terrace. You can enjoy leisurely holiday meals at the table with chairs, enjoying the extensive panoramic view over the green hilly landscape as far as the sea. Or you can make yourselves comfortable down in the green garden on one of the sun loungers amidst olive, orange and lemon trees and cypresses. If you arrive by car, you can use the secure parking space in the garage belonging to the house.
The residence offers an incredible and breathtaking view of the Apokoronas valley and the massive north slopes of the White Mountains. The Architect’s House accommodates up to 6 guests. It is split in two levels, and consists of two spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with comfortable sofas for sleeping, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It offers great outdoor areas of verandas, balconies, gardens, and private parking. A big surprise for our guests is both the amazing Tree House…as a meditation retreat… and the secret enclosed garage in the middle of the house in which you will admire an authentic vintage Jaguar. The Architect’s House offers a stunning blend of style, comfort, peaceful and creative living, as well as a convenient location from which to explore the beaches and picturesque inland villages of easily reached western Crete.
Located in Nio Chorio (Neo Chorio), a historic Greek village only 23 km. away from Chania Old Town Center and just 5 km. from the famous beach of Kalives. It’s very accessible by car, as it is only 27.8 km. from Chania airport (CHQ) and 119 km from Heraklion airport (HER). Perfect for couples, or a small group of friends in search of the ultimate island or quiet, roomy Mediterranean hideaway.
