The 95 m² third floor apartment has a 25 m² balcony from where you can enjoy views of the ocean, the pools and the garden. The flat offers a spacious living room with a three and a two seater sofa, armchairs, a dining table and four chairs. Adjacent are the separate and fully furnished kitchen with all modern amenities and a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. Two of the three bedrooms have access to the balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). There is plenty of storage space in the built in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x 200 cm). It also boasts a built in closet. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (90x190cm). This room is ideal for children. The large and fully loaded bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi tub. The other bathroom is equipped with a modern shower. The entire flat is equipped with air conditioning (heating/cooling). It is also equipped with a central stereo system and Wi-Fi.
The balcony is glass enclosed, letting you enjoy the beautiful views year round.
The resort offers a beautiful veranda with sun loungers, an outdoor swimming pool with a separate spa, a tennis court, a miniature golf course and a playground. There is also an indoor pool with a spa and sauna and a gym. All these are available for you to enjoy. The entire complex is enclosed and secure for families travelling with children.
The beach in Guardamar is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Valencia Province. It is 14 km long. Shops, cafes and restaurants can be found about 300 meters from the property.
