The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road, in the town centre. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Makarska, 20 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm open garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 80 m). Central parking is free. Second option is the parking on private land 150 meters from the house (free).
