Holiday house in a quiet location, with a balcony, terrace and own section of garden

The holiday chalet was built in 2003 in a Bavarian style. It is in the Upper Prien Valley holiday world, on a residential cul-de-sac in an absolutely quiet location, with residential traffic only.The upper floor of the house provides two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a big cupboard and a balcony, the other with a sofa bed and additional gallery with three more beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC. The ground floor comprises an open kitchen with a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, toaster, ceramic hob and oven, a cosy sitting corner, a fireplace stove, a living room and a WC. Satellite TV and a CD stereo system are provided. A junior travel bed can be provided on request.Outside there is a big balcony terrace with garden chairs and a table.There is a car parking space right near the house and about 200 metres away there is also a car port for a second car.     “Wir würden immer wieder dort hinfahren. Positiv: Die Lage ist traumhaft. Am Haus gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Ausstattung und der Blick sind sehr schön gewesen. Eine sehr ruhige Lage. Restaurant: Alpengasthaus Behamried - Riedstrasse 10, 6342 Niederndorf Ausflüge: Kehlsteinhaus - Obersalzberg”

    “Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsende und 1 Kind und haben alles vorgefunden was man braucht das haus ist komplett eingerichtet Die Lage ist für wandern perfekt direkt vom haus loswandern zur Bichler alm und zur Schönen Aussicht und viel mehr wen man möchte PS der Buchungsablauf Mit Fam. Diel und der Empfang von Frau Baumann waren Perfekt”

    “Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung war okay. Eine Begrüßung bzw. Kontakt fand leider nur telefonisch statt. Die Betten mussten wir trotz Bettwäschebuchung selbst beziehen. Das Klopapier war auch nicht ausreichend und musste von uns selbst ersetzt werden. Der Staubsauger konnte leider nicht benutzt werden, da der Staubbehälter voll war.
