It's not that easy to find a beautiful, small holiday villa on Mallorca for little money, where you can live alone, as a couple and possibly with a child, with a parking space for the car, outdoor area and lots of greenery. Cas Padri Martet is such a house, at ground level, carved out of venerable rock, surrounded by rolling hills and lovingly restored: With an attractive two-storey pool where even a child can splash around under supervision, an outdoor shower area, a fabulous barbecue hut with sink and cooker for a fantastic evening and a marvellous terrace with thatched roof providing shade across the entire front; ideal for sitting outside sheltered from the sun, for playing and eating when it gets too hot on the loungers, or simply for snuggling up in a corner of the wall with a book. Here it is absolutely quiet, the Mediterranean landscape around Sant Llorenç with small forests and plantations makes cycling tours a pure pleasure, perhaps you will have enough energy to get to the village to get bread rolls or shop at the weekly market!

Compromises are a fact of life, but one thing is certain: nobody wants to feel cramped on holiday! Cas Padri Martet finds creative solutions for its Mallorcan doll's house, because a lot has to be accommodated in a space-saving way when the square metres are limited but you don't want to compromise on comfort. Pots and plates hang on the walls in the open-plan living/dining room with kitchen corner and a passageway to the bedroom and bathroom, decorated bulbous glass bottles adorn a shelf under the ceiling beams and coffee grinders stand in wall niches. Slim upholstered chairs replace wide armchairs, the TV is in the wardrobe and the couch can be converted into a sofa bed. In the guest room with a comfortable double bed there is still room for a baby and the modern tiled bathroom also has a large shower for small refreshments. If you like activity and nature, you'll get your money's worth here: The Mediterranean landscape around Sant Llorenç, known as des Cardassar near the Thistles, and Son Servera are great for cycling, hiking and horse riding (several stables are available). located nearby). Both municipalities also have access to some of the island's favourite swimming hotspots and water sports areas between Cap d'es Pinar (north) and Punta de sa Roca (south) with fine sandy beaches and hidden rocky coves. And relaxed strolling or shopping together is definitely a discipline that can be mastered with enough practice, Artà and Manacor as well as the boulevards by the sea are recommended as rewarding and charming training locations for the Mallorca Cup in couple strolling... In the rural foothills of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, in the direction of Artà and Colònia de Sant Pere/Betlem on the north coast, lies this small, rustic, restored natural stone villa for a couple alone or with child/children. From the village it is about 10 minutes to Manacor, the town with the heart (in the coat of arms) and pearls (in the hand), about 15 km. Sant Llorenc and Son Servera share an eight kilometre stretch of coastline with the well-known towns of Cala Millor, Sa Coma, Porto Cristo and SIllot and their popular beaches.
