Villa Mira al Campo is a very charming property that impresses above all with its fantastic view and its versatile utilisation options. The Mediterranean, two-storey building with its azure blue shutters has an excellent living space layout and is therefore ideal for a holiday as a couple or a family with children. When you arrive, you will be greeted by a grand welcome on the paved driveway with ample parking and the first opportunity to play in the form of a basketball hoop in the garage. One of the exterior walls of the villa is decorated with natural stone, a typical Mallorcan choice, and when you see the beautiful palm trees in your large garden, you are sure to feel the holiday spirit. The spacious outdoor area with its manicured lawn is framed by discreetly planted green shrubs and trees and offers a marvellous view over the vast hinterland of Sant Llorenç. As the central area for fun and relaxation, the 15-metre pool invites you to do a few laps or simply cool off in the refreshing water. You can sunbathe on the cushioned wooden deckchairs on the surrounding stone terrace. The cosy snuggle corner is also a wonderful place for an afternoon nap if you prefer to laze around. When it's time to concentrate on an exciting holiday read, one of the two large parasols is the perfect aid. Alternatively, you can simply relax undisturbed on the shady side terrace. If you are travelling with children, they can probably already play on the spacious lawn in the garden. You can also let off steam on your own beach volleyball court! The level sand court is perfect for small games between friends, who can then relax with a refreshing drink in the cosy lounge area on the covered outdoor terrace. You will also find stylish wooden furnishings here, where all fellow travellers can find a place to eat together in the open air.

The stylish villa welcomes you inside in the very spacious living and dining area. Here, rustic elements, such as the traditional wooden beamed ceilings, blend harmoniously with the modern furnishings. The entire ground floor is fitted with decorative marble tiles and the light-coloured furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere in which you can spend relaxing hours. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV and DVD player in the inviting seating area. Cooking on a five-burner gas hob is great fun in the fully equipped kitchen. It is separated from the dining area by a stone archway and, together with the extra-large fridge, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The crockery and dishes are just a few steps away from the massive dark wood dining table opposite the top-mounted hob, which can comfortably seat six hungry people. Three spacious bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower are located at the rear of the house on the ground floor. From the lower bedroom you have direct access to the quiet side terrace and can let the morning sun gently caress your face and wake you up in the morning. A comfortable staircase leads from the living and dining area to a small, light-flooded gallery, from which you can reach the two further bedrooms on the upper floor. Your nights at Villa Mira al Campo will always be comfortable on the 1.80 x 2.00 m double beds. The upper bedrooms are also very spacious, tastefully furnished and all have their own bathroom. There is plenty of space for all your belongings in the bright bathrooms with windows. Hairdryers are also provided, so you don't need to bring them with you.
Large French windows give you direct access from the bedroom to the long balcony, which offers you a fantastic view of the slightly hilly landscape in the morning.

The charming little town of Sant Llorenç organises a small, lively weekly market every Thursday in Calle Major. Here you can buy fresh regional produce. There are also other shopping opportunities as well as small bars around the church and, of course, pubs serving Mallorcan specialities. The two larger towns of Artà and Manacor are within easy reach of the villa and invite you to take a stroll around the town and visit the sights. Perhaps one of the most popular festivals, such as the apricot festival, will take place in Artà while you are here? The beautiful beaches of the nearby east coast invite you to go on excursions in the glorious sunshine and enjoy swimming in the sea. This charming villa has a lot to offer for young and old holidaymakers who like to get out and about. Mira al Campo is slightly elevated and spoils its visitors with fantastic views of the green surroundings. It is situated in a quiet, secluded location, close to the charming village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where you will find shops and restaurants. A popular weekly market is held there on Thursdays. The lively beach of S'Illot or the quieter sandy beach of Sa Marjal is around 16 km away to the east.
