The modern holiday apartments in a separate thatched-roof holiday home are in a beautiful location, only approx. 50 m from the Greifswald Bodden on a well-kept farm. Restaurants, fishing facilities, boat hire, a children's playground and a riding stable are in the immediate vicinity and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach of Lobbe is only approx. 4 km away. Bicycle hire and a bread roll service can be organised through the owner. A fourth apartment in the house is described under DZV542. In the residential building, which is also located in the courtyard, there are also two apartments for two people each, which can be found under DZV540 and DZV541. All non-smoking flats are tastefully furnished, centrally heated and accessible via a separate entrance. A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities, a car park, a bicycle storage room and free Wi-Fi are available to all guests. A high chair and a cot can be provided on request. Smoking is permitted outside. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed.
This approx. 55 square metre apartment for two people is located on the ground floor and has a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio) with an open-plan kitchen (dining area, electric cooker, oven, fridge, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double room) and a bathroom with shower/WC.
Alt Reddevitz is a former fishing village on Germany's largest island of Rügen and is located on the Mönchgut peninsula, on an approx. 5 km long headland in the south-east Rügen biosphere reserve, directly on the Rügischer Bodden, a branch of the Greifswalder Bodden. The village offers the best conditions for cycling, hiking, fishing (fishing licences available directly in the village), horse riding and swimming and is known for its small cake factory in the cafe „Moccavino“. The well-known Baltic seaside resorts of Baabe, Sellin and Binz are approx. 6 km, 8 km and 18 km away respectively.
