We offer the ideal home base for excursions, tours and hikes inside and outside the valley. The Vordere Ötztal is a stronghold for adventure tourists: white water sports such as kayaking & canoeing, rafting or canyoning are possible in the nearby surroundings. The Acherkoglbahn valley station, which takes you to the Hoch-Ötz family ski area and hiking area, is just a 5-minute walk away. Ski areas such as Kühtai, Sölden or Gurgl are close by and can be easily reached by car or ski bus.

Our apartment offers approx. 120 m² & 2 floors: 1 fully equipped eat-in kitchen with spacious dining & living area; 3 double & 2 triple rooms, each with its own bathroom with shower/WC. Enjoy the surrounding mountains from the balconies or from the large sun terrace and relax outdoors in the beautiful weather.
In summer we offer you the possibility to rent the apartment with only three bedrooms for up to six people.
