Bright combined living- and bedroom, approx. 31m² on the 2nd floor, lift is available, with white colored wall unit with two single fold out wall beds, cupboard, sofa, coffee table, TV and side board, balcony with sea view (no view to the river Trave), directly next to the beach promenade, kitchen unit in the corridor with coffee machine, toaster electric kettle, two hot plates (no baking oven, no microwave), sink unit, refrigerator, shower/WC, bathroom/corridor laid out with tiles, living room is laid out with laminate.

The holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor. After leaving the lift turn left in the corridor.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the total price.
