Comfortable Apartment in Carovigno with Terrace and Barbecue

Spacious Penthouse apartment with panorama to Carovigno and the nearby sea In a strategic favourable position at the outskirts of Carovigno “Casa Bologna” is the ideal starting point for your trips to the nearby beaches and your outings to interesting sights in Puglia. Really close to us is Ostuni, Alberobello or other famous points of interest. The short distance to the highway near to the sea offers plenty possibilities for day excursions and trips along the cost for example to Otranto along the scenic road to to very south of Italy. The modern and comfortable apartment ( 120 square meters) offers place for four persons. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a spacious room for eating and living. There is a new fitted kitchen,a cushy sofa corner with open chimney. Satellite –TV and electric roller shutters, Aircondition, Highspeed Wifi as well as a door intercom system with camera which round out the modern equipment. If needed a free telephone flatrate to Germany is at your disposal. Outside the apartment there is a big and a small terrace - in common about 100 square meters. The smaller one is hidden from view and very privat and has sun all day. It is equipped with rattan furnitures and loungers. On the big terrace you find a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Supermarkets for your daily shoping are round the corner and fruit and vegetable stalls are 2 minutes away fom your house. Many small restaurants in Carovigno invite you to experience the famous Apulian meals and wines. “Casa Bologna “ was completely restored in 2013 and has a modern gas heating. Carovigno can be reached by the airports in Bari (60 miles) and Brindisi( 15 miles).People who can do without car can arrive by train at the Carovigno railway station 2 miles outside the town. A bus takes you to town.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Positiv: Zentrale Lage für Exkursionen. Am Ortsrand gelegen, man ist schnell auf der Autostrasse. In der sauberen Wohnung ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse mit grossem Sonnenschirm ist sehr geräumig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Negativ: Zu bedenken: Im grösseren Schlafzimmer ist Autolärm von der nahen Strasse hörbar, bei geschlossenem Fenster aber erträglich.”

    “Besser geht es nicht. Die Ausstattunf lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Super gepflegt , perfekte Lage für Strandurlaub und auch Besichtigungen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bei Ankunft gab es von den sehr netten Vermietern einen Begrüssungskorb , diese waren auch Ansprechpartner für alle aufkommenden Fragen. Wir kommen bestimmt im nächsten Jahr wieder!!!! Positiv: Einfach alles war perfekt!!!!”
