Luxurious, fully enclosed two-floor designer villa with a panoramic sea view terrace, within walking distance from the beach: your path to holiday heaven This exclusive holiday villa is located approximately a 2.5 hours car drive from Athens International airport. The villa is only about a 5 minutes’ walk from the nearest beach, but you will find many more beaches if you drive for 5-20 minutes (like Soutsini, Stomio and Mourteri). You're just 3 Km from the port of Kimi, and 3.5 Km from the beach of Kimi. The closest village is Platanas village (1 Km). You will find a small market and restaurants just 300-400 meters from the villa.

You will be staying at a two-floor 160 sq. m. air-conditioned villa and its accompanying areas, the splendid garden, and the barbecue. What strikes you most is the panoramic views of the Aegean sea no matter where you are located. The villa sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms, three of them double and one with two single beds. We can also accommodate two infants 0-3 years. Entering from the main entrance, on the backside of the garden, you will find yourself in the living room, which is open-plan and connects to the kitchen. There is a small hallway that leads to the bathroom on the right the double bedroom on the left and the bedroom with two single beds at the end of the hallway. Taking the stairs to the first floor you will find the living room; to the right side, you will enter a hallway that leads to a bathroom, and two double bedrooms. Most windows either in both living rooms or in the bedrooms overlook the Aegean sea. The property will be delivered clean at check-in. We will also provide you with a fresh set of additional bed sheets and towels to use during your stay..It is an absolute rule that the ground floor of the villa should not be occupied during the stay of renters unless there is a serious reason such as maintenance or repair. Other reasons include check-ins and checkouts where the ground floor opens while waiting for guests, and cleaning the villa..If you are coming to stay between May and the end of October, please ignore the following message..PLEASE NOTE:

    “Positiv: Das Haus bietet einen traumhaften Blick, sowohl von der Terrasse als auch aus den Zimmern. Der Garten und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt und alles entspricht im positiven Sinne den Bildern im Netz. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll.
    Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und man hat genug Platz, um sich auch mal zurückziehen zu können. Da das Haus auch nicht hellhörig ist, hat man dann tatsächlich seine Ruhe. Schön ist auch der Außenbereich, in dem man Grillen kann. Die Außendusche habe ich nach dem Joggen sehr genossen.
    Ein wirklich schönes Haus, sehr zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieter war sehr angenehm, alle Fragen wurden schnell und konkret beantwortet. Negativ: Zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts gab es Bauarbeiten auf der Küstenstrasse, so dass der Verkehr an der Strasse am Haus vorbeigeleitet wurde. In Summe hält sich das in Grenzen, weil es keine sonderlich frequentierte Gegend ist.”
