Villa is a very spacious villa located on the mountainside above Omis town affording it breathtaking views of the hillside, the coastline and sea, the beach, the peninsula running alongside the River Cetina's estuary, and beyond that the island of Brac. This stunning view can be enjoyed at all times of the day, with the midday sunshine sparkling off the water of the Brac channel to evening sunset views ablaze with the pink setting sun on the horizon. 2 dining terraces are located in the front of the villa, sunset meals here will leave you with some of your best holiday photographs and memories!
Villas location makes for a perfect holiday getaway from where you can experience the tranquility and nature of the mountainside, yet with just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk, you can be in the town centre, and from there enjoy the local beaches which are close by the town.
When you can enjoy the privacy of the 21 sq m heated pool in the secluded pool terrace, surrounded by the ancient granite of the mountainside and nature at hand's reach, and with views over the bay and the Brac channel, the public beaches may somehow lose their appeal...
On the pool terrace is a big table for dine, sundeck, outdoor shower and swing for a kids. The pool has a lighting system to enjoy as you dine and take evening swims.
The villa itself is fully furnished and it is set out on 3 floors, with the living area in 3 apartments on the second and third floors. There is an internal connecting staircase between the apartments, and 140 sq m of outside terraces and pool terrace. The villa suits families or groups very well, with each group enjoying its own privacy, but with plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy meals and sunbathing together.
